How long will my order take to be manufactured?

If you have selected racking from our “stock” lines of racking, we may have them in stock and available to ship within 3-5 days. If your racking is Custom, we will send it to our Custom Department and generally ship to you in about 6 weeks depending on the size, scope and finishes of your order. If you require a more immediate need, please call us to discuss how we may be able to accommodate you.

Do you sell Environmental Control Units?

Yes we do. Please call us to discuss your cellar or space that you intend to store your wine and we will gladly calculate your size and capacity needs and recommend the proper unit.

Can I do the assembly of my racking myself?

Yes you can assemble and install your racking yourself Instructions and tool requirements come with your racking.. Just ask us when you order your racking for our advice regarding the degree of assembly and installation difficulty and we’ll make a recommendation to you or perhaps direct you to one of our Dealers or Contractor/Installers.

What are the payment terms for my order?

We require a down payment of 50% of the total price of your order (including shipping/handling) and 100% of the cooling unit costs. The balance of the costs is due on the day it ships out of our manufacturing plant.

What kind of Warranty do you offer on your products?

WineRacks.com backs all of our manufactured wine racking with a lifetime guarantee against defects in both workmanship and materials. We are very proud of the quality of our wine racks and will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your racking purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your racks, you may return them to us within 30 days, for a refund or credit. Please call our Customer Service Representatives for a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

Racks that have been altered in any way from their original specifications (ex. pieces shortened, reinforced, painted, stained etc.) are not returnable. Custom-made racks are not returnable, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged on custom orders canceled after 10 days. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless the wrong items were shipped or merchandise arrived damaged.
