Racking Design Questionnaire
HospitalityWineRacking has a full staff of in-house wine cellar consultants prepared to help you to create the perfect wine and liquor storage.
Our Designs Include
- Free unlimited fax, phone or email design consultation
- 1 Free 3-D Color Design Layout presentation including plan view and elevations
- 1 Free revision of Design (if necessary)
- Design content list including racks, trim, dimensions and estimated bottle capacity
- Quote upon approval of design
Additional revisions beyond the first design revision will require a minimum deposit of $125. The design fee will be applied as a credit toward your final purchase.
In order for us to provide a design layout that meets your needs and budget, we need to clearly understand your design expectations and storage requirements. Please take the time to fill out this form as completely as possible. The more information you can provide to us, the more efficient and accurate the design process will be.
