We understand that storing and serving wine at the proper temperature are of the utmost importance. Based on our many years of experience, we have aligned ourselves with some outstanding manufacturers in order to offer you the best in the industry when it comes to both storage and service.
We can offer you stand-alone wine cellars from WineKeep. These modular cellars are shipped in flat panels and quickly assembled on site into a full wine cellar complete with door, lighting, cooling unit and racking. This is a fantastic solution for any location that would like a fine wine room, but may not have the ability to construct the proper space. Ranging in size from 5' x 6' to 10' x 10', there is a size to suit just about any space. Custom sizes are also available.
If you will be storing wine in a cellar or wine room for an extended period, you will need the right environmental control for the space. Our cooling unit of choice is from Wine Guardian. Wine Guardian ducted units are all constructed of commercial-grade parts and are designed to last in a commercial environment. The cooling unit is mounted remotely then ducted into the room so it is always quiet and unobtrusive. Great for a wine room your customers can see.
If your establishment offers a wine by-the-glass program or you have a taste-before-you-buy option, you will need a top-notch wine preservation system. We have partnered with Bermar international to bring you Le Verre de Vin and its companion the Pod Bar. Le Verre de Vin allows you to preserve a bottle of either still wine or champagne and pour it fresh again for up to 21 days. The unit is superior to the more common dispenser systems because there are no hoses or valves to keep clean. All you do is attach the stopper and with a few seconds on the machine the bottle is perfectly vacuum sealed (or in the case of champagne, sealed with just the right amount of carbon dioxide to keep it bubbly). The Pod Bar is a refrigeration unit that can be set to serve your wine at the perfect temperature. Combined with Le Verre de Vin, it's a perfect solution to any by-the-glass program.
